2. Purposes We process visitor enquiries, answer questions about vegetable oil fatty acids, discuss price, quality, volume and collection arrangements, and prepare an offer requested by the visitor. Enquiry data is not used for advertising mailings.
3. Data received The visitor provides a phone number or email address. The form requests only a phone number or email address. Other purchasing details are discussed when we get in touch. Previously submitted additional information in saved enquiries remains subject to the documents applicable at submission. An enquiry also records its form source, page, language, time, reference and the versions of the consent and privacy documents. Permitted referral tags may be recorded to identify the enquiry source. Do not provide passport, payment, medical or other information unnecessary for a response.
To operate the website and prevent abuse, the server processes technical request information, including the IP address. The application rate limiter uses a temporary hash. No third-party analytics provider is connected in this version. A protected session cookie is used for staff admin sign-in; the website does not put visitor contact details in browser storage.
4. Grounds and operations By submitting a form with separately selected consent, the visitor permits processing for responding to that enquiry. If a contract results, further processing may have a separate contractual or statutory basis. Enquiry processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer for handling the enquiry, restriction, erasure and destruction, using software and the controller's staff.
5. Enquiry processing systems An enquiry is first saved in a restricted journal on the website's FirstVDS server. Contact details and enquiry information are then sent through a protected API to MaxBOTCRM, https://belovmarketingcrm.ru/, for delivery to the staff work chat selected by the controller. Access is limited to staff who need it to respond. The data is not made public. Hosting, the enquiry service and the selected work chat participate in this processing arrangement; the controller is responsible for selecting providers, controlling access and establishing appropriate grounds for transfers.
6. Retention and ending processing Enquiry data is processed until the enquiry and communication about the requested offer are complete, or until consent is withdrawn, unless another lawful basis applies. Once the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn and no other basis applies, the controller ends processing and ensures erasure within the statutory period, generally no later than 30 days. Contractual or mandatory statutory retention follows the relevant periods and grounds. Erasure must cover the website journal, MaxBOTCRM and the work chat. Website backups rotate through seven daily snapshots; previously received erasure requests must be applied again after restoration.
7. Protection and requests The website uses HTTPS, a restricted database, controlled admin access and backups. The controller organises staff access and responses to data requests. A visitor may request information, correction, restriction or erasure, or withdraw consent, by writing to romanavdeev111@list.ru or the registered address. Include the contact used in the enquiry and the request; further information is requested only where needed to establish that the enquiry belongs to the requester. Requests are handled within applicable statutory periods. The visitor may contact Roskomnadzor or a court.
8. Changes The current English policy is published at https://врж.рф/en/privacy/. Each accepted enquiry records the document versions applicable at submission. A new processing purpose requires its own legal basis and does not arise merely from a policy update.
