Consent to personal data processing

I voluntarily consent to processing by Vozrozhdenie LLC (Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Возрождение»), INN 6163237568, OGRN 1266100006150, registered address: premises 12a, 5 Chekhova Avenue, Rostov-on-Don, Rostov Region, 344006, Russia, of the data I submit through a form at https://врж.рф/.

Purpose: handling my enquiry, contacting me, answering questions about the product, price, quality and collection, and preparing an offer at my request. Consent does not cover advertising mailings or public disclosure of my data.

Data: my phone number or email address; the form source, page, language, permitted referral tags, enquiry time and reference, and the consent record and document versions.

Permitted operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer for handling the enquiry, restriction, erasure and destruction using software and the controller's staff. I consent to saving the enquiry in the restricted website journal and transferring it through MaxBOTCRM (https://belovmarketingcrm.ru/) to the controller's staff work chat to respond to my request.

Consent lasts until the enquiry and communication about the requested offer are complete or until withdrawal. I may withdraw it by writing to romanavdeev111@list.ru or the controller's registered address, identifying the contact used in my enquiry. Where no other lawful basis applies, processing ends and data is erased within the statutory period, generally no later than 30 days. Processing may continue within a separate contractual or statutory basis where one applies.
